What is the warranty period on Karakal rackets?
All Karakal rackets come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. This does not include string breakage or damage caused by accidental impact with walls or other rackets.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Can I return a racket if I have already played with it?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and plastic handle wraps intact. Used equipment cannot be returned unless a manufacturing fault is identified.
Do you offer professional restringing services?
Yes, we offer a professional restringing service using high-quality Karakal strings. You can select your preferred tension and string type at the time of purchase for an additional fee.
