At Karakal, we are committed to providing the highest quality sports equipment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets are still in their protective factory wrapping.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
